We are very sensitive to your privacy concerns and treat your personal data where we may collect it on the basis of a legal permission or your personal consent, confidentially and in accordance with the legal regulations.

This person has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection and security of your personal data. This also refers to making data inaccessible for unauthorized persons. The personal data collected will be as few as possible and necessary and it will be pseudonymized as soon as possible. Our technical devices and IT applications are preset to only collect data that is necessary for the purpose of processing.

We comply with our responsibilities for reporting and informing in case of data breaches according to article 33 of GDPR.

Your personal data is all information used to identify you person and which can be traced back to you, such as

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, so that information about companies (excluding sole proprietorships and small enterprises) or legal persons is not subject to data protection and thus not be included in this policy.

Personal data will only be collected, used and/or passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose, has a legitimate interest in it or is permitted by law or if your prior consent has been given.

Order data processing

The processing of your data may also be carried out by an external order data processor, which we would oblige by contract to collect, process and use your personal data only in accordance with our instructions.

Our order processor will provide us with a guarantee of proper data processing and keeps, like us, a record of his processing activities.

Purpose of storing personal data

Your data will be stored and processed only for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures, processing your request, and for establishing and maintaining the contractual relationship (EURAS system) with you (Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR)

Processing may also take place if this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject (Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR) or to protect legitimate interests pursued by us or by a third party (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR) or if you have given your consent to the processing for the specific purpose (Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR).

Access data

We do not use any web server logs, i.e. no IP address, browser type, data amount, time, file name, contact name or operating system of the user are queried, as long as no registration to the EURAS system is made or a specific request is made.

If a login is not registered, your data will be automatically deleted from the server memory and from the user PC after closing the browser.

cookies

Only session cookies are used. These are small text files placed on your device. Your browser accesses these files and deletes them automatically when you close your browser. The use of cookies increases the user friendliness and security of this website.

Common browsers offer setting options to block cookies. Doing such changes and settings may affect some features of this website.

Registration process

All the data that you give as part of a completed registration will be saved. This includes in particular your name, home address, e-mail address and your telephone number (optional).

Duration of storage of personal data

Personal data will only be stored as long as this is necessary for the processing of your request, registration and participation in EURAS System, is in our interest or is necessary to the extent permitted by law.

A further or later processing of personal data is only carried out if the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose.

Request formular

The personal data you provided when sending your inquiries to our System will only be saved for processing and answering your inquiries. This data is then automatically deleted. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your prior consent.

Your rights regarding your stored personal data / Information, rectification, objection and erasure

If you do not already have this information and you expressly require, within one month after receiving your request we will give you free-of-charge information on where your personal data comes from, to whom we may send the information, for what purpose and for how long we process the data. The delay can be extended by a further two months, taking into account the complexity and the number of requests we receive. On your demand we can provide you with our information and send you your data in electronic format or on paper.

Provided that no obligation to store or keep your data (e.g. data retention), legitimate interests or legal obligations are conflicting with us, you have the right to rectify incorrect data and to block or delete your personal data. A right to erasure exists even if the storage of your data is no longer necessary.

If the storage and processing of your personal data takes place on the basis of a legitimate interest pursued by us or a third party, you may object to this processing, provided that your legitimate interests override ours or those of the third party.

We may only process your personal data in a limited form if you have expressed disagreement over the accuracy of your personal data or our processing is unlawful.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right - regardless of any other administrative or legal remedy - to appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your place of residence, your place of work or the place where the presumed infringement occurred.

Right to data portability

If expressly required, we will transmit your personal data - that you provided to us - to another person responsible named by you, and make the data available in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
